Had no major issues with purchasing a new vehicle from them. However, their customer service and service center is horrible. When I purchased the car I was told I got 4 free oil changes for life for the car. Awesome little bonus! For the first two years this went well. Then on the third year they said oh, I only have 3 free oil changes per year and made me pay unexpectedly for the 4th. Then on the fourth year they told me I only had 2 free oil changes. I insisted I had four, but was told previously that I only had three and now the guy swore up and down that I only get 2 free a year. He told me if I could prove otherwise I could get it, but if I didn't keep the little hand written business card that I got when I purchased the car, I didn't get the 4 free oil changes.
I imagine they do this to everyone, as they don't want to pay the cost for the free oil changes... personally I want to stick it to them and will be going to them every three months for my free oil change. I wouldn't use them for any other servicing as they are very over priced. (I did manage to find the hand written business card that states I get 4 free a year for life... you would think they would have this on file in the system... and I imagine they actually did, but it mysteriously disappeared...
very cheap service department in quality and service, very expensive in price... $76 for an oil change!!
