"Cheap and Sneaky... Free Oil Change for Life not honoured"

Had no major issues with purchasing a new vehicle from them. However, their customer service and service center is horrible. When I purchased the car I was told I got 4 free oil changes for life for the car. Awesome little bonus! For the first two years this went well. Then on the third year they said oh, I only have 3 free oil changes per year and made me pay unexpectedly for the 4th. Then on the fourth year they told me I only had 2 free oil changes. I insisted I had four, but was told previously that I only had three and now the guy swore up and down that I only get 2 free a year. He told me if I could prove otherwise I could get it, but if I didn't keep the little hand written business card that I got when I purchased the car, I didn't get the 4 free oil changes. I imagine they do this to everyone, as they don't want to pay the cost for the free oil changes... personally I want to stick it to them and will be going to them every three months for my free oil change. I wouldn't use them for any other servicing as they are very over priced. (I did manage to find the hand written business card that states I get 4 free a year for life... you would think they would have this on file in the system... and I imagine they actually did, but it mysteriously disappeared... very cheap service department in quality and service, very expensive in price... $76 for an oil change!!

"Waste of time"

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a recall sercive and a road noise/tire wear issue. After the car had been at the shop all day, I called in the afternoon when I was getting off work to confirm that the work had been completed. I was informed that the recall work was not performed and that the road noise/tire wear issue had not been diagnosed, except to say that there might be an alignment issue, which nothing was done about. Waste of time. What is the point of making an appointment if they don't bother to do the work during that time? Totally unacceptable.

"worst customer service ever, they were not communicating..."

worst customer service ever, they were not communicating with us, THE CLIENT as to what exactly was happening, nor did they tell us an amount until there was 30 some hours on our vehicle, at 84$ per hours. UNACCEPTABLE. All of a sudden we get a triple bill then expected therefor it takes time to pay that, and we did advise them of this. BUT they decide behind out backs to send the vehicle to the impound WITHOUT GIVING THE US ANY NOTICE, NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL. THANK YOU FOR NOT OFFERING ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will make sure everyone I know, does not use this company. THANKS AGAIN FOR NOTHING!
