Their whole process, including the desing of the service area, puts the customer first. When you drive into their big 2-door bay (great when it is raining), you are immediately recieved, details taken, and Vehicle valeted. A row of service advisors mean you hardly ever way more than a couple minutes. The technicians know Ford vehicles inside and out. As a Mustang GT owner who takes it to the race track, I have the utmost confidence in their techs who love the car, love performance, and love motorsport. Every upgrade and every service job has been billed very fairly. Any unexpected issues are explained in detail with tehnicians offering to personally show me what they're seeing and hearing. I could go on, but I think Fairley & Stevens is perhaps the best run service center I have ever encountered and I've owned some nice cars from luxury brands - they don't come close to F&S. I would recommend them to anyone. More
