I drove into the service bay at 7:29 am and drove away at 10:02. I was charged a total of $430.16 for labour. That equates to $172 per hour, assuming they worked on my vehicle the entire time, which they didn't - outrageous. More

They offer the best service I have experienced at any dealer The staff at Fairley and Stevens are always friendly and always go out of their way to make you feel you are important to them as a customer. We have The staff at Fairley and Stevens are always friendly and always go out of their way to make you feel you are important to them as a customer. We have extended warranty on our vehicle and the two times I have had to take it in for something other than the regular maintenance, they have treated me extremely well. That is not always the experience you have with others when going for something covered by warranty. I recommend them to all my friends and tell them about the positive experiences I have had. More
