Our sales person Dave Grittani, was better then GREAT, he was AMAZING! He took the time, patience, understanding and showed us all our options, with ZERO sales pressure to buy. He made sure we understood what FORD was all about and how FORD was as a company. We felt like we belonged. We were wanted. Dave was available day in and day out. He never rushed us out the door just because he had another call, or another client waiting or cell phone was buzzing. He gave us his FULL ATTENTION, no matter what! We call this - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AN AMAZING DEARLERSHIP. Upon picking up our car today, Dave was with us, every step of the way, to ensure everything was right and he went down to explain how the options worked inside the car. Which was good, as I got stuck in traffic (@2pm) and how to make my first call from the car using hands free. Great DEMO - DAVE. ** I didn't miss my meeting at work, because Dave took the time to show me how to use the hands free feature for my phone, even synched my phone to the car.** More
