One if not the best dealership I've dealt with Great experience with this dealership. Every time I went, even though it was busy, the people at Erinwood Ford were prompt and pleasant to deal with. I've been to 15+ dealerships before, and the customer service here is easily the best. I didn't have to wait for someone to at least welcome me, and talk to me about my needs. Waiting for a rep took a few minutes but nothing that wasn't acceptable. I personally dealt with Vivian; and she was fantastic. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat. I've had issues in the past test driving cars, due to my taste (fast manual hatches) but here there was no issue. They even let me take it out by myself. All in all, the best dealership I've dealt with. Oh yeah, and I got one hell of a deal. More
