I can tell you that this is not the first new vehicle we've ever purchased as well as other expensive items and there has been several times we've just gotten up and walked away(politely) from a sales person because they didn't feel my wife would know about vehicles or possibly has any say when it comes to automobile purchases.. basically that older mentality some people still have. Addy obviously involved her with many of the specks and features with this vehicle which was key as she already knew more than the average person. This along with the ability to be able to show us what we wanted and work as hard as possible to get us the best deal he was allowed too was very impressive. we didn't feel like we were paying more than we should and we felt more like "long time customers" instead of first time buyers in your dealership. I also decided to go with the maintenance package as I was confident that with the service we already received it would be nice to continue to bring my truck there.
