Pleasant and efficient Ford truck purchase Purchased a new 2015 Ford f150 xlt from remaining stock in mid February 2016. I had called in the dealership to determine if the advertised truck was Purchased a new 2015 Ford f150 xlt from remaining stock in mid February 2016. I had called in the dealership to determine if the advertised truck was still in stock and was put on to John Nguyen. Met with John within an hour of the phone call and had the vehicle washed and fueled for a test drive. The sales transaction was completed within an hour with no overselling, but rather with a few additional options I had requested i.e. sprayed in bed liner (same price if I had arranged independently after purchase). As promised, John had the truck ready for pick up five days later. Before leaving the dealership with my new vehicle, John spent over a half hour explaining and demonstrating most of the vehicle interior functions i.e. navigation, voice commands with sync system, etc.,. I live in north Richmond Hill and the 60km drive was well worth the cost savings and no haggle professional service. I will likely drive the distance to Erinwood Ford to service my vehicle. More

He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions based on what we needed. We were there Saturday and picked up our truck on Tuesday. Every detail was looked after!
