Very Poor 'Service' Contacted Victor by phone regarding the purchase of a new truck. He did not seem to have very much knowledge of the vehicle or of the upcoming sale a Contacted Victor by phone regarding the purchase of a new truck. He did not seem to have very much knowledge of the vehicle or of the upcoming sale advertised. Emailed him three more times and got very slow and confusing responses, such as, Hi ! so what do you wanted to do? if I can?. He never seemed to understand and finally just stopped answering my emails. What kind of salesman does that??? More

During this wait period the incentives changed and at time of delivery Dave gave me the better deal. If I had any questions Dave would answer right away and if he didn't know he would find out.
