He was very professional and offered me a refreshment while he went to pick up the car for my test drive. While waiting, I was offered birthday cake that was made by Carol for a staff member. We made a deal after the test drive and agreed that I would pick up the car in two days. To my great surprise, Addy and Carol informed me that there was an additional significant discount (from Ford) that they applied to the deal and I got a refund that lets just say made my day/week/year. Went above and beyond my expectations. Before visiting Erinwood Ford, I had gone to a couple of other dealerships in the area. Representatives at both were aggressive and left me feeling uncomfortable. And then I visited Erinwood Ford, where I met Roxy. This man deserves a medal for his patience and customer service. This was my first new car, and buying a car is a large purchase, so naturally I was anxious to make the right choice. Roxy patiently answered all my questions, never spoke poorly of other car makes that I was considering, and was very enthusiastic in helping me make an informed decision. He never pushed for me to make a purchase, and respected the fact I wanted to take some time to absorb all the information he provided me with. The second time I came in to get a trade-in appraisal, Nick Palalas, the Director of Sales and Marketing joined us and both Nick and Roxy thoroughly answered more questions I had and stayed after hours to work out an outstanding price - with no haggling! But again, there was no pressure to purchase the car on the spot. Even after the purchase was made, Roxy continued his excellent customer service - thoroughly walking through all the features of the vehicle and giving me a quick lesson in reverse parking :) Roxy really has his customers best interests in mind.
