Informative, helpful and competence I actually lived in the GTA and happened to come across with Roxy over the phone. Roxy is a very knowledgable salesman that can provide you with everything you want to know about the cars, even with other brands as he has previously worked in dealerships like VW, Lexus, etc... Never get any pressure from him like the other salesperson I met in different dealerships. He was able to provide the Pros and Cons over the cars I am interested in buying so I can nailed down my options quickly. You'll get this mutual trust from Roxy where you'll feel like talking with a friend rather than somebody that's trying to sell you something. He understands my needs and concerns, and willing to take extra steps to nail down a deal for me. If I had knew him earlier, I could've saved lots of time trying out different brands as most of those experiences were horrible where salespersons always pushed so hard to sell the car to you and start ignoring you once you tell them about needing more time to decide. More

i have never had so much trouble making a car purchase EVER! Trying to co-sign for my dad and I have never had to go back and forth so much to a dealership ever!!!! I've been told from the lender everything is great and My dad has been told 2x that he can come pick up his new car, taken a taxi there only to be told he needs more paper work and to come back again. Would have been much easier if they would give a list of paper work they needed. If this was me I would have asked for my deposit back and left. More
