From beginning to end, our salesman Martin Menzies was the consummate professional; taking his time to fully explain all of our questions both in person and in my dozens of texts, all of which were promptly replied to within a few minutes! Martin constantly stayed in touch during the whole process and never once did I have to 'chase' him for an answer. Martin you're #1! One can immediately see why Erinwood Ford is one of Canada's top selling dealers; from the moment you walk in all staff are friendly and greet you with a smile regardless if they are waiting on you or not. The new car dealers are not your ordinary 'salesmen'. You are treated as a person, as if you are family. Not once did I feel pressured by any of the staff. My wife and I simply cannot say enough good things about Erinwood. In my opinion, Ford dealers west of Mississauga need to visit Erinwood and see how a real dealership treats its customers; with kindness and respect. Met with Graham Townsend and we went over everything that I wanted in the new one. We had to order it. Graham was great working tirelessly to get me the price I wanted. They also helped us with a Fiesta we purchased elsewhere and were having issues with. Told me to bring it in to their service department and after multiple visits to local dealer and them saying nothing was wrong, Erinwood took it for drive, recognized there was an issue and fixed it! AMAZING, I will recommend anyone and everyone to stop in at this dealership, Truely a class act! More

Great experience buying a Ford Flex I went to Erinwood Ford with the intention of just looking at a 2017 Ford Flex on a Sunday when I assumed the dealership would be closed. However, it I went to Erinwood Ford with the intention of just looking at a 2017 Ford Flex on a Sunday when I assumed the dealership would be closed. However, it was a delightful surprise that the dealership was open (and busy!) After looking around at the Flex I went inside where everyone was very pleasant and did their best to ensure I was being looked after. Mark was great and continued to check in to see that he could provide any assistance necessary. After test driving the car I was interested in, I again spoke to Mark who was more than helpful and ensured that I was well looked after and would be happy with my purchase and trade in. Nick assessed my car and he was absolutely delightful to work with!! Definitely couldn't be happier with the associates who helped me! I can't recommend Erinwood Ford, or Mark and Nick, enough!
