Prices were amazing, the sales center was extremely clean (ie, they take pride in their showroom and products), and there really were no hassles at all. The used car department director, Nick Palalas, was fun to meet - we chatted like we were neighbors hanging over the fence. No pricing surprises in finance department with Robyn Barrett. All in all, it was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend this dealership. We drove from mid-town Toronto out to Mississauga due to its "#1" rating - glad to see the rating was well deserved. More
