I started my search online and wanted to take advantage of Fords year end deals and rebates; Erinwood had all of the rebates very clearly laid out on their site and to be honest they were the only one that I could find that was not shy about the over $4000 that other dealerships were not posting online. My thought was that I would have to haggle and barter for any extra funds, but Dave and his team had everything upfront. We met at the dealership and discussed a final price and came to a deal very quickly and easily. The entire process was painless, fair and transparent. The key to a relationship based negotiation is that both parties feel good about the deal...I can honestly say I did and I know that Dave and his team did as well. It was a great deal for all!
