They are always very courteous, friendly and service oriented. I can count on them to ensure I have the service performed on the vehicle that is necessary to keep it running well and always reliable. Scott Bertrand does an amazing job informing me what/why a specific service is required and expalining the purpose for the procedure. He is always very accurate with how long it is going to take so I can plan my day. I'm always impressed with his knowledge, and the humour he brings to the job. Just a great individual and Lexus should be proud to have such an individual on their service team. Sid Amalsadvala and Abdul Ramadan always makes a point of saying hello when I'm in for serivce and asking if I'm satisfied or if there is anything they can do for me. Poor Service I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I went on a Wednesday to purchase a ct200h. Our salesperson had us test drive the car, however, he kn I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I went on a Wednesday to purchase a ct200h. Our salesperson had us test drive the car, however, he knew nothing about the car, and when we asked a specific question about one of the gears, he stated we shouldn't worry about what it was for. I later had to go on youtube to find out about the gears on the car. When we went to talk about coming to a deal on the car, I was told by the manager I had to pay a deposit and they would have the car ready for me by MARCH 2016, four months later! The sales manager also told me there was no 2016 white ct 200h available until March of next year. The next day, I went to Lexus on the Park in North York, and bought the exact car I wanted, which I received a few days later. BAD SERVICE IN ERIN PARK! More

It is a good car but we eventually settled on another brand. (Big mistake!) The purchase negotiation and the delivery service was horrible and the SUV we got is not up to par. Even though it is not a Lexus, when we asked for help to seek professional opinion, Eric did not hesitate to help. The whole dealership from sales to service, from receptionist to manager are professional and helpful. You never feel pressured to buy anything you don't need or want. I highly recommend Erin Park Lexus. And our next car, we will stick with Lexus. More
