Go with someone else. We went to Northwest Lexus. Francesco Policaro himself gave us the best no haggle price & honoured it a month later! Even if the floor model was no longer in the showroom. He ordered us a new one customized for the same price originally quoted. Too bad. We were long-time customers at ErinPark Toyota. More

Fahmeed and Siddiq went out of their way to work on getting the finance approved, finding the car and making it ready for delivery. After approval, I was updated on the tracking of the vehicle and the process was smooth and efficient. I was not sure if lexus was the right choice but after the purchase, I am more than satisfied with the way they they made me narrow down the options to an IS. More
