He had all the knowledge of a specific vehicle I was interested in which was a used 2016 Dodge Charger. Mr Abu-Hijleh then ask if I would like for him to bring the vehicle inside to the service area to fully inspect the vehicle in the light as it was very dark outside which caught me by surprise when there were other places that would not do that for me. I maybe spent more than 4 hours with him nitpicking about everything and he was very patient with me. For me, the comfort, the feeling of trust, and the experience I had there at Erin Dodge Chrysler Jeep is what sold me to purchase my new vehicle. Terrible service experience I have been back to this dealership with the same issue 4 times and it still has not been fixed. When I called back to advise them that the problem h I have been back to this dealership with the same issue 4 times and it still has not been fixed. When I called back to advise them that the problem had returned I was told that my vehicle was safe to drive and that the only problem was the annoying noise every time I have to use the brakes. I will be going elsewhere as Erin dodge has been no help. This is unacceptable as I have extended warranty and have had my vehicle for only 1 year. More
