We bought a dodge caravan there and we are not very happy at all. The salesperson doesn't know what he was selling to us, he told us that UCONNECT includes bluetooth and so we paid for UCONNECT add on knowin at all. The salesperson doesn't know what he was selling to us, he told us that UCONNECT includes bluetooth and so we paid for UCONNECT add on knowing it will include the bluetooth. We also check the manual by the way and it says UCONNECT includes bluetooth. We got the car and questioned where is the bluetooth and will not sign the contract by the salesperson told us , "no worries we will install it this week". One week later there is no bluetooth! He phoned us and told us the parts are coming from texas. Dodge's service part phoned us and told us to bring the car. We brought the car but it was not installed because they want us to pay additional price! We complained to the manager and the manager said that the salesperson doesn't have any authority to add options which is not supposed to be included. We asked where the salesperson is and the manager said he resigned. Go figure ! I hope this unfortunate thing doesn't happen to anyone else. Bluetooth was not installed at all by the way. More
