In the past when I have taken my car in it has gotten washed and cleaned, I can understand due to the cold the wash was not possible but I am very disappointed that it didn't get cleaned a gotten washed and cleaned, I can understand due to the cold the wash was not possible but I am very disappointed that it didn't get cleaned at all, plus the quote prices are ridiculously high in cost, it is unfortunate I guess I will be purchasing a Suberau or other type of vehicle in the future. To bad we don't have other options for Toyota I just find them to be a little bit stuck up and no one says a word to you. Unless prompted I think that the customer service skills could be improved and attention to detail as well. More

Dealing with Ryan Derksen in the sales department was amazing - he was so awesome to deal with and didn’t push me into getting anything I didn’t want. He listened and got me the right vehicle and in so h amazing - he was so awesome to deal with and didn’t push me into getting anything I didn’t want. I went in thinking of getting a used RAV4 but in the end he made the case of why new was a better option for me and he was right.
