Chris Paisley was extremely rude! I needed a shuttle bus Chris Paisley was extremely rude! I needed a shuttle bus because I don’t want to be late for work. And I asked can I arrange a shuttle bus because I don’t want to be late for work. He didn’t show any feedback for caring for customer and just arguing attitude saying I have to do it first. I looked at a seat in front of his service desk. It was ripped. I commented “This chair is not great for Toyota image” - he said “I can nothing about it instead of saying thank you for bringing this to an attention.” He started showing a negative attitude and arguing back instead of doing his job. Body language, angry look… Asked my phone with demanding angry voice. “What’s your phone number?” And I told him it is not the way to provide a customer service. I needed a break from all of his negative arguing behaviour. He said “do you know your number? The page I am on asking your phone number.” With a very demeaning rude way. I couldn’t believe how rude he was. Manager Dave Obed ( service manager) was on service. He didn’t greet and he didn’t show any care or concern. I arrived at 7:55 am. Bus driver didn’t greet. Just asking “where are you going?” I left 8:43 to just drop off my vehicle. Poorest service I have ever witnessed. Few days ago, I just went there to get my oil changed and asked to change the battery for remote starter. And they broke the remote starter case and didn’t tell me anything about it. More
