We originally came in for service on our 3 series, and knowing our lease came up in 9 months thought we would look at our options for our next BMW, previously owned 5 BMW's, When we walked in Peter(sales knowing our lease came up in 9 months thought we would look at our options for our next BMW, previously owned 5 BMW's, When we walked in Peter(sales person) smiled and was so friendly, we had never met him before... We explained at where we were at with our lease and we really needed a bigger car and Peter suggested a demo 2012 535 GT that they had and that interest rates at 1.9 would make it an attractive deal for us, and after he and Mitzi (sales manager)worked out lots of options of other cars this was best suited to us and worked with us so we were happy with our payments. Overall outstanding service from Peter and Mitzi they really could not of done anymore for us. Everything from roadside assistance to the service was exceptional. The only complaint I do have is that our vehicle was not washed or cleaned. We picked up the vehicle on Saturday and it was left outsi exceptional. The only complaint I do have is that our vehicle was not washed or cleaned.
