It is truly my pleasure to offer this review of Endras BMW for a number of reasons. Right from the beginning when Lorri and I first had contact with this particular dealership we felt very comfortable and BMW for a number of reasons. Right from the beginning when Lorri and I first had contact with this particular dealership we felt very comfortable and welcomed by our Client advisor Luke Pellow. A warm authentic and knowledgable advisor on the array of products and services offered by Endras. I think more importantly his honesty and integrity were most notable and his natural ability to make us both feel like we were visiting an old friend made the experience so enjoyable. With his hard work Luke was able to find the perfect car for us encompassing All of our requirements and we both have nothing but high praise for the vehicle itself and the process of purchasing the car. We were so pleased we recommended Luke to our good friend Jamie who also purchased a BMW 323 only weeks later. Now this is by no means the end of the story as just yesterday I needed some impromptu assistance from the dealership and found myself popping in unannounced and again I was truly impressed. Luke welcomed me immediately and we began talking as if I was over to visit and watch a sporting event minus the beer and nachos. In short order Luke determined what had to be done next and I was introduced to two other excellent gentleman - Jeffery Lane our service manager and Rob Randall our service advisor. Both took the time to discuss my minor concerns and welcomed me just as luke did. While we spoke of a few details they proceeded to show me the outstanding features of my key and the information it contains to help out with the service process. Before I knew it a minor adjustment was made and my car was washed! and the mats cleaned! and I was handed my keys back No charge!!. Outstanding...simply outstanding and of particular importance to me I felt like I was visiting friends with coffee and snacks offered to me and and good laugh at the same time. My highest regards to you all and thank you again for such a great experience...I will just have to find more reasons to visit as the car runs like a charm!! Thanks again Luke!
