I had the pleasure of working with Roy Milley on the purchase of a new BMW from Endras. From the beginning, it was obvious that Roy knew his products very well and was genuine in his desire to assist m purchase of a new BMW from Endras. Despite the fact that I was unable to purchase right away given an existing lease agreement with another company, Roy remained willing to answer questions, spend time with me on test drives, respond to emails, etc. He even arranged for me to be enrolled in an invitation-only BMW test drive comparison event - without any pressure for me to come to the dealership to "work something out" afterward. Once I was ready to make a purchase, Roy was again ready to help out. The purchase process was easy and enjoyable. Other members of the Endras team, including Mitzi Brown were equally pleasant, supportive, and helpful throughout. Having compared Endras with a number of other dealerships before making a decision to buy, I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have a positive, energetic staff culture, a beautiful, clean showroom and work area, and a great team of knowledgeable people doing fantastic work. Regardless of the environment, and all the nice people, everything usually comes down to the person you meet first.
