I was returning a lease that was due and I was looking into getting into a new lease. I shopped around at other BMW's and after speaking with a sales person from another BMW I felt like the sales person w into getting into a new lease. I called up Endras and spoke with sales and when i went in, it was a more relaxing environment and Luke made me feel like a close friend. He seemed more like a good friend letting me know all my options and what i wanted to get in my next lease if i chose to get into a new BMW lease. I have neighbors that are thinking about a BMW and I told them about Endras. Eventhough Endras is far away from us, I told them it would be worth their while in dealing with Endras. My wife and I visited the dealership to see if it would be feasible to trade in his BMW 325i for a bigger family vehicle. My wife and I felt at ease during our visit and did not feel pressured to make a decision at all. Once our decision was made we then talked with Michelle, the business manager. She was friendly and very welcoming, even giving our son some cookies and chatting with him! Our son was happy and satisfied and by the end of the visit, so were we. It's time for an oil change for my BMW 335i, and the first thing I remember was Peat Mac from Endras that looked after me instead of the other dealership that I used to go to. Like last time, Peat was able to explain to me everything that I need to know regarding servicing my BMW, also reminded me about a recall on my BMW (which I forgot), and was then taken in right away for servicing. I have to stay and wait because I am not from the same area, and the reason for going to Endras is simply because of the excellent service provided (especially the service advisor - Peat). Throughout the wait period, Peat would come by and let me know what is going on too. Great customer service! More
