I initially went to Endras simply to do a final comparison test against the Cadillac ATS 2.0 which I planned to purchase. I had already tested a G37 and the ATS 2.0 and 2.5, and felt it was only f comparison test against the Cadillac ATS 2.0 which I planned to purchase. I had already tested a G37 and the ATS 2.0 and 2.5, and felt it was only fair to compare these to their main competition and number one in the class, the 3 series. When I arrived at Endras I was greeted with a smile by Rajiv Samuel, who actually works in the previously owned department, having recently moved from the new car department, as he explained to me. Rajiv was very friendly and it was obvious that he had a great deal of knowledge within his brand but also automobiles in general. I told him my situation and he arranged to have me take a test drive with someone in the new car section. Before we went out Rajiv spent 45 minutes explaining the various car lines, and what was available currently. As no one was readily available in new cars, Rajiv willingly offered to take me on the test drive, and just like that we were off in the 328i X-Drive Sport Line. A test drive I wouldn't soon forget! I was sure I wanted the new ATS but having just been out in the BMW I was now having some doubts. I liked the ATS, but I was floored by the 328. From there Rajiv took me through the various options and pricing and I was on my way but not before I brought my wife in that same day, and had Rajvi take us out once again for a spin in the BMW. She was equally impressed and now I knew I had a big decision on my hands. What I really appreciated about Rajiv was that he answered anything and everything I could think of to ask him, he also didn't phone or email me to push the car on me. I made up my own mind, on my own time, and never felt rushed or pressured. I can't say that about some of the other dealerships I have been to in the past. Rajiv is a total pro! Later that week Rajiv arranged a much longer test drive for me on my own, and that sealed the deal. Within a week of placing my order, my new 328i X-Drive Sport arrived at Endras, 2 weeks later, I am as happy as the day I picked it up, and have zero regrets about this fantastic vehicle. If your thinking BMW, new or used, I would highly recommend seeking out Rajiv, he will put you in the car you want, and let you make up your own mind. Thanks Rajiv. Wes Welling. More

I stopped by with an expired taillight assembly on my 09 328 and no appointment. Endras BMW was very firendly and helpful. upon arrival, we let them know our choice of vehicle. As we entered the lot, we explained it would be nice to test drive the automatic and the manual transmission we let them know our choice of vehicle. A few days later, I contacted Rob Leccese to proceed with the purchase. We mostly communicated over phone and email and were able to come to a very painless agreement on the price. Rob was great, personable, professional, thorough and dedicated. I went in a couple of days later, placed a down payment and then worked with Shannon Groves for the finalization of the sale and to go over any add on services. Though I was mildly disappointed that the 5 year appearance package including wheels, tires, window, key fob and dent/scratch repairs quoted on the initial day had been discontinued a mere few days after the quote, I was still pleased with the 4 year plan under the new contract. Shannon was very sympathetic and helpful in finding resolution to this minor setback. We also had problems getting my veteran plates in time for the delivery date however everything came together within a couple of hours of delivery and I ended up being very pleased with everything from end to end. I look forward to my next visit and to see the friendly and professional staff at Endras BMW. More
