I rated quality of work a 4 stars instead of five primarily due to the touch-ups (minor bumper scratches, cleaning of the sun visor) of the vehicle could be a bit better and more thorough, The detailer missed a few spots.... But overall, I received excellent service and had a great experience. More

sales Since last November I bought the car to do number of repairs.sales person told me you don't have to do anything until next year, service is done. When the engine light came on the break fluid was low which part of yearly service check. I had to pay for it.Than problem with battery salesman cover that. Person at service desk told my friend and I they only change the oil for per-own vehicle. after winter I saw the lake from steering wheel hoes which was pinch by clamp I did the repair my self. Last week had flat tire. Repair the tire at Etobicoke Bmw. Find out the tires on my car wasn't run flat, sales person sold me warranty which wasn't from Bmw, from different company from (PDI )province and they needs pictures of flat tire and it will take few days to order the tire.if it's run flat. I couldn't wait. Paul fromBMW plugged the tire in return I go there for my car repair from now on.I understand why second owner return the car back to the dealership after one year. More
