From the moment I walked into the dealership for the first time, Kevin treated me with respect and set a aside a lot of time to go through my needs without pushing me to make a decision immediately. I visited three other BMW dealerships (all of which were much closer to my place of residence) and decided to stick with Kevin and Endras as they offered the most support and knowledge. The moment that Kevin and David Ferguson found a car that met my expectations, they called me right away and explained everything to me over the phone in order to ensure that I liked what I heard before making another trip over to the dealership. Once I was satisfied and drove over, the car was waiting for me to test drive and I fell in love with it. Once I decided to make the purchase, I received multiple follow ups to ensure that I had everything in order and when I came to pick up the car, it was in spectacular condition. I could barely tell that it was over two years old! The team was very organized when I came to pick up the car and Kevin had a gift waiting inside the car that was totally unexpected.
