Normally no issues but had pictures changed today and my rims were damaged in the process. The service manager looked at them and tried to correct it right away but the damage will require a wheel rim repai rims were damaged in the process. Always helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and make it an enjoyable service. Staff are able to answer most questions immediately or are quick in getting you a response. Eastside Kia is my preferred service c enjoyable service. Staff are able to answer most questions immediately or are quick in getting you a response. Eastside Kia is my preferred service centre. I previously purchased two other Kia’s at other Kia dealerships and have taken all to Eastside Kia for their servicing. Even giving up free oil changes from the purchase of a new Kia at a different dealer in lieu of what I feel is a much friendlier enviroment at Eastside. Eastside is timely and if falling behind as things do happen or I further issues discovered. They are good with updates if things are a little longer than normal. Have dealt with several service centre staff over the years. All are A++. Keep up the good work. More
