Great Service I had tried to order the vehicle at another dealer closer to home, but there was a glitch with Chrysler's system and it would not allow the combinatio I had tried to order the vehicle at another dealer closer to home, but there was a glitch with Chrysler's system and it would not allow the combination I wanted (3500 Dually with Rear Air Suspension). I knew it was a valid combination and I contacted Chrysler support who confirmed it. The original dealer still could not make it happen. I waited 2 weeks for them to get it ordered, but they could not make it happen. I spoke to Deepak on the phone and an hour later I we were writing up the deal. He encountered the same glitch as the original dealer, but the difference here is that Eastside contacted Chrysler and had the order done and confirmed in 24 hours. Great service! More
