Moe Farooq and Eastside are the BEST!!!! I have never bought a brand new car, and had painstakingly researched what I wanted prior to arriving at Eastside. I knew quite a lot about the car I I have never bought a brand new car, and had painstakingly researched what I wanted prior to arriving at Eastside. I knew quite a lot about the car I wanted, but did not know the process of buying new, financing, etc. I worked with Moe and he was completely upfront about the product price, did not play any "hidden fee" games and was very willing to show me what options I had with payment plans. There was NO pressure to buy AT ALL! It should be noted that I also compared to another dealership and I was treated extremely poorly, to the point of being insulted. It had been a loooong time since anyone made clear that "this is a man's business" about anything, so I was pretty taken aback by the obvious assumption that my lack of a Y chromosome makes it impossible for me to understand cars and money. Terrible experience and completely hostile. Back to Eastside and Moe...once again, no pressure, just super service and total respect given. When Moe was not sure of an answer, he didn't BS me about it; he was totally upfront and went immediately toward finding the answer. I really appreciate that kind of honesty. I felt completely confident buying from Moe- his attention to every detail and making certain that you are comfortable and satisfied is what he's all about. He has consistently followed up regarding regular tune ups and also checking in to ensure everything is OK, which of course, it is! I have no hesitation in recommending Eastside and specifically Moe Farooq- he's face-meltingly AWESOME! More
