We have purchased a total of three trucks from east side dodge over the years an 04 1500, 07 2500 and a 10 2500 I have liked east side for a few reasons they are very close to home for me and the service has always been fast and the staff are always polite honest and caring. Ahmad Hassan was our sales person this time and he was awesome with us provided all the information we asked for and was not pushy and listened to our wants and needs. Due to our situation and being a 4th time return customer the dealership and the staff made our purchase very stress free and was extremely helpful in the whole transition. I guess it's just bad luck! My fiance and I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from Eastside back in July. The engine literally just blew while we were driving it last My fiance and I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from Eastside back in July. The engine literally just blew while we were driving it last week. Now I understand this is now a Chrysler Canada problem and not Eastside's problem, as they told me. And I am getting the repairs done at another dealership. It was closer to home. However I was hoping Eastside would have been a bit more sympathetic rather than just saying oh that's bad luck. I've had the car for a little over a month and a half and now it's gonna be in the shop for a month getting a new engine. I understand everything is covered under warranty, I guess I was just hoping Eastside would have at least offered some sort of compensation considering they sold it to me. Even a free oil change coupon or something like that would have been nice, rather then just a "oh bad luck". Between this and the service I received while purchasing the vehicle (whole other story). I will not be purchasing another vehicle from here nor will I be bringing the defective Jeep they sold me here for service. More
