Ask for Andre...he's awesome! I had been thinking about trading in my car for a while but had been very hesitant because of my distrust for dealerships and car salespeople. But I took the plunge and was very happy (and relieved) to have dealt with Andre. From the start of the process Andre's non-pressuring manner in dealing with his clients was very reassuring. There was absolutely no indication or reason to doubt his sincerity in taking interest in my situation, assuring me that he would find the best deal possible. During the test drive, I appreciated his honesty in pointing out the limitations of the 2015 Jeep Cherokee that I was interested in. Definitely a trait you do not see in most car dealers. Throughout the entire end-to-end process he was constantly in touch with me, sending updates on the status of my loan application, etc. The finance manager that Andre referred me to, Allan, was also just as helpful. I truly appreciated his efforts at finding the lowest possible rate for me. Overall, my experience at Eastside Dodge was very smooth and stress free. I have to attribute this to Andre. Walked me through al the features of the car from the rims to the engine. Alex was understanding that I couldn't buy the first day and did not push me to buy right then as I needed to speak with my wife first. He then presented me with all the things I'd need to complete first so I could drive my car off the lot faster. All in all it was a great experience! More
