Incredibly thankful, and couldn't ask for better service I wasn't even fully in the market for a new vechicle, I needed one, but have always absolutely dreaded the whole hassle of shopping, test driving, and I wasn't even fully in the market for a new vechicle, I needed one, but have always absolutely dreaded the whole hassle of shopping, test driving, and the dealerships not listening when I says this is what I can afford and nothing more, so I have always shied away from the possibility of a new car. I was browsing online and came across Eastside Dodge's website and it automatically gave me a coupon towards a purchase which was enough to keep my attention and within minutes I had an email and voicemail from Ricardo Bravo offering his assistance in any way possible to help me. I emailed back with a very frustrated email about what my experiences had been so far, and that I was difficult customer, and this is what I want as far as payments, cash back, and interest and I would totally understand if he wasn't able to give me a deal like that. He called me back immediately and said yes, he could match everything I wanted and I was skeptical and went in to meet with him and it was the most pleasantly surprising, amazing, easiest thing I've ever done. The numbers on the paper when I went in were exactly as promised, and as a mom with three kids this was so important to me, there was no pressure, no gimmicks, it felt like I was sitting down chatting with a friend and I was actually a little sad to leave as was my young daughter who thought the play area at the dealership was awesome. Any concerns or questions I've had, Ricardo has answered immediately, fully, and with care. I picked up my new vehicle, and my meeting with the finance manager Allan Wong, was equally easy, and enjoyable.
