Derek walked us through the showroom, and when we had finally decided on what to test drive he chose a model that was as close to the one we were interested in. I was very happy with that, as I wasn't interested in test driving a model I knew was out of my price range. Dean was great in getting our financing all in place even though he had a few challenges such as not the best credit, high student loan debt, and me having been on maternity leave for half the year so my year to date income was very low. Jake was very good at keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process, and was great at liaising with our insurance company to get everything needed to drive our new vehicle home. More
