We have bought both new and used vehicles from him. Now that he is the Finance Manager, he referred us to his brother, Jason Scott, when we wanted to trade in two vehicles to buy a new one. What I appreciated the most about Jason was the fact that he didn't try to sell me a vehicle that had more options than I would ever need or use. He truly listened to what I had to say and didn't pressure me into buying something that I didn't really want. He was very friendly, very kind and very easy to get along with. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know wanting to purchase a vehicle. When we got the appraisal back on our two trades, we were not very happy and said we would just try to sell them privately or just keep driving them both. We were about to leave, but needed the keys back for the vehicles. While we were waiting, Shawn was having a further conversation with the guy who spoke to us about the trades (I can't remember his name) and came back and explained the reasoning behind the amounts that were offered, which then made more sense to us. After that, a deal was struck and I have a new Jeep. Shawn has always been very honest and forthcoming about everything every single time we've dealt with him over the years. We totally trust him and when I recommend Jason to sell a vehicle to someone I know, I'll recommend that they request Shawn to look after the finance side of things. Thanks to you both! More
