Miscommunication I thought that I was receiving the 0% interest for 84 months. This is what was being advertised on Dodge Ram trucks. I thought that is what was discus I thought that I was receiving the 0% interest for 84 months. This is what was being advertised on Dodge Ram trucks. I thought that is what was discussed with the sales person. I didn't pay close enough attention to what I signed in the contract as I was focussed on the monthly payments which I could afford. Turned out I signed for 96 months at 1.9%. MY FAULT for not reading the contract close enough. Just wish the change in the interest rate could have been pointed out. Derek did reach out to say he was sorry for any miscommunication and that he was using the information passed on to him. I do like the new vehicle. More

Fantastic customer service! After owning a Durango for the last 5 years, It felt like it was time to upgrade. Extraordinarily quick and helpful service My headlamp was out on my Jeep Liberty. I checked the Internet and changing it was not going to be a quick or simple job.! I called the dealership at My headlamp was out on my Jeep Liberty. I checked the Internet and changing it was not going to be a quick or simple job.! I called the dealership at 8:45 in the morning to see if it could be changed in express service or if I needed an appointment. I needed an appointment but, given that it was a safety issue, they could squeeze it in that day. My appointment was for 10:00 that morning and they would fix it while I waited. They even had time to prophylactically fix the other one too. The service rep didn't want to fix something that wasn't broken, but from past experiences, I've learned that when one light goes the other quickly follows within a week or two. They were able to replace both headlamps and I was on my way in 45 minutes! Thanks for the great prompt service. More

Distrust and Failure to disclose I obtained my first Dodge grand caravan SXT during an event about 4 years ago. They didn't disclose the rebates that I was supposed to get, and when I obtained my first Dodge grand caravan SXT during an event about 4 years ago. They didn't disclose the rebates that I was supposed to get, and when I said "YES" to all points on the insurance (including loss of job" (because i working in the oil and gas industry); they ignored my request, played me like a fool and still got me to sign off without having the required "check box" - ticked off! So i was refused my insurance for my payments when i was laid off in 2015. When I took in the van to a new Dodge dealer because I needed to down-grade and modify my financing, it was come to light that East Side Dodge KEPT my all rebates. These people are dodgy, liars and thief's! Good thing that the finance guy that fooled me over the paper work is no longer there - because i'd tag him!. More

Worst Repair Done on My Car I recently got my car done at the body shop as I was involved in a collision. Only to find out my parts where ordered wrong and when I picked up my ca I recently got my car done at the body shop as I was involved in a collision. Only to find out my parts where ordered wrong and when I picked up my car my car still didn't operate properly as my ambient sensor didn't work. As I didn't trust Eastside Dodge no longer I took it to my service department only to find out the work that was supposed to be completed had missing bolts, pans, and my ambient sensor wasn't even connected. Now taking to a trusted body shop as I wasn't able to before. So sad that an apparent trusted name does that kind of work. More
