Of all the years of experience I have with trading and buying vehicles, this place definitely tops my list. The staff and environment are very friendly. It really felt like one big happy family to see them congratulate us on our new vehicle. Rod Bell does a fantastic job in negotiating and was very true to his words when he said he'd give me a good price. He definitely does his best to keep his customers happy. Going as far as showing us the ins and outs of our new vehicle during our test drive and more. Likewise, the negotiation of the price with his supervisor, Jason Mclean went smoothly as we closed the deal. The wait was long with all the paperwork needed to be done in Finance, but I definitely enjoyed my stay in the lounge and office. More

I had been in contact with the dealerships for a few weeks via email, text, and phone calls. The dealership answered all my questions and was able to find a truck I liked, that was in my price range. I was greeted at the door and shown the truck right away. The dealers were honest and upfront about everything. They provided all the information I needed to make a decision on a truck. They even gave me almost a week to think over the decision. And they then gave me the best price! I couldn't be happier with my experience. This was my first purchase and I intend on returning to Eastern Chrysler in the future for all my truck needs. More

Each person I talked to deliberately avoided discussing a price or wouldn't return e-mails. Its a total deceptive marketing practice where their only goal is to get you in the door even though I told them the exact truck I wanted and was willing to make a deal. They wasted 4 weeks trying to get me to come down instead of just telling me what to make the cheque out for. More
