Great experience! I had been shopping for a used Dodge Ram for a couple weeks. I had gone to numerous dealerships. Small family owned dealerships and larger dealerships. I had been to dealerships in Winnipeg, Selkirk, Beausejour, Brandon, and Morden. But my best experience was at Eastern Chrysler on Main. I had been in contact with the dealerships for a few weeks via email, text, and phone calls. The dealership answered all my questions and was able to find a truck I liked, that was in my price range. I was greeted at the door and shown the truck right away. The dealers were honest and upfront about everything. They provided all the information I needed to make a decision on a truck. They even gave me almost a week to think over the decision. And they then gave me the best price! I couldn't be happier with my experience. This was my first purchase and I intend on returning to Eastern Chrysler in the future for all my truck needs. More

Its a total deceptive marketing practice where their only goal is to get you in the door even though I told them the exact truck I wanted and was willing to make a deal. They wasted 4 weeks trying to get me to come down instead of just telling me what to make the cheque out for. More
