Very happy! I came into the service dept.with my vehicle to get it looked at and assessed. After hearing about all the work that needed to be done and the cost,I I came into the service dept.with my vehicle to get it looked at and assessed. After hearing about all the work that needed to be done and the cost,I told them that I wanted to trade it in. Within a few minutes Julia called me and set up a time for me to come down that day to sales. She was very attentive to my needs/budget etc. Julia was very patient and you could tell cares about her customers. Once we found the car for me( first one :) I did some negotiating with Andre. The financing I met with Matt. They were both a pleasure to deal with, great sense of humours and seemed to like their jobs ! Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service,people and my purchase. I'd like to thank Julia for always listening to my concerns and returning calls( great customer service). Also James Bonner in service for a small complaint I had and doing something about it. Could not get a straight answer in almost 3 hours. Spent 3 hours in the dealership. Could not get a straight answer on a price. Very focused on monthly payment. Hail Sale? We test drove at least 5 vehicles that he had the patience to dig out of the snow in frigid temperatures for. Meanwhile, ensuring we had hot drinks to keep us warm in between test drives. That alone showed us his caring commitment to keeping his customers happy! Not to mention, Dorothy Cadorath in finance who was such a sweetheart who fought for and got us a better interest rate on our loan! What a great experience!
