I was very excited in purchasing a car but my facial expression told otherwise. Of course purchasing a car for the first time can feel very overwhelming but they helped me through it. I came in on a Monday and left with a car Thursday. So far I am enjoying my new vehicle hands down a ride fit for winter. I would definitely recommend checking a Jeep Compass out. It's been a couple days since I got my car from the dealership but the staff from Eastern Chrysler still check up on me and how the car is doing. Charged for steel rims I never received and sold broken car Sold me a broken car and told me there were no issues with it. Had to get it fixed myself after it broke in the very first week I bought it. He told Sold me a broken car and told me there were no issues with it. I only got the winter tires but never received the steel rims and he charged me for both. He became very aggressive when I talked to him about it and told me he was going to hang up. He didn't want to continue the conversation. Strongly discourage anyone from getting a car from eastern chrysler. What a disappointing experience it was. They need to have a better work ethic. More

He always gave us the freedom to speak our thoughts and helped us get what we wanted, at a price that was reasonable. We came in looking for a gently used vehicle but opted to go with a new one. It was totally worth it. Matt/Paul continued to make amazing offers (that were hard to refuse but at some point we had out hearts set on something else) and let us make the desicions that we were comfortable with.
