Buyer beware used vehicles - helpful tip! I give one star to Antoney for his aftermarket service. Bought a used vehicle within the last 30 days - vehicle was delivered with peanut shells and I give one star to Antoney for his aftermarket service. Bought a used vehicle within the last 30 days - vehicle was delivered with peanut shells and chocolate bar wrappers left in it. Vehicle had lots of dust on it, but understandable as it's very windy in Winnipeg - didn't think much of it at the time. Noticed after two weeks in my possession that the vehicle's fluids were all low after having personally checked them - coolant, brake fluid and window washer fluid were all low. After washing and hand waxing the vehicle noticed some scrapes, damage to front moulding and a hair line crack to the head light... Called about this today and there is nothing they will do for me. Says that it is impossible it got missed in inspection, and at one point had said verbatum the information presented was "made up"!! Actually implied that I damaged the vehicle! Don't get me wrong... service was great during the purchase phase... DO NOT FILL IN THAT AFTER PURCHASE SURVEY FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS AFTER - THAT SURVEY IS NOT SOLELY FOR YOUR SATISFACTION RATING - THERE IS A REASON THEY HOUND YOU TO FILL IT OUT RIGHT AWAY AND THAT IS TO COVER THEIR BEHINDS! They will do nothing to help after the fact. Antoney made zero attempts to rectify the situation as he knows its our word against the dealerships... Antoney said there is no way and no room even for human error to be a possible reason the fluids and damage were over looked when asked... said it was not possible. Well was it that same standard and service level you brag about that was the reason for the chocolate bar wrappers and peanut shells missed Mr Chelliah?? If this simple cleaning task was missed then there is a super high possibility other things on the car were missed. I feel taken advantage of as I am an older person who does not buy vehicles but once every 10-15 years. This vehicle has barely left my garage since it's purchase, and this is a pretty sad day as I have never been treated so poorly after spending tens of thousands! More

From the time I entered the door, 'till the time when I went home was really worth waiting for. I want to commend KC Livera for working out with his manager the deal I needed, for showing to me the unit that I want (without me pushing him to do so, unlike with my experienced with the other branch) and for being so accommodating. And also I want to commend Rome Fajardo for explaining every single cent that I am going to pay, for answering all my queries even if he's not in the office and for giving more options that really helps a lot. For the two guys who brought from Eastern to the house and vice versa, thank you so much. Again, thank you so much KC and Rome for such a great accommodating service. I highly recommend you both. Taking my minivan in for repair So the weather stripping around both of my sliding doors has been coming off. Seems weird. So I take it in. The service for booking the appointment was excellent. There service department offers great service. Here’s the problem. I bought a $2000 extended warranty plan which I haven’t used. And once they take a look at it, the stripping doesn’t need to be replaced (duh) but they can glue it back on. Great. Still a head scratcher as to why the glue is not adhering in a 2015. But it’s not covered under the bumper to bumper extended warranty. So $89 to glue the weather stripping back on. Whatever. Gross. This is why customers hate dealerships. I get they need to make money but when a customer who bought the van from that dealership along with an extended warranty is charged for gluing weather stripping back on its stupid and a waste of time. My husband is furious that I took it in. More

So they can buy my vehicle or can trade or buy it. But when we sit they were pushing me for trade in. Which I don’t want then the sale rep she called the sales manager for further talk. The way he talked to me I found rude. And also at the service desk they never inform me about the cost for diagnostic before anything done. More
