Now panic sets in right. Autopac , loaner car , ton of choices dealers and vehicles wow.Three days go by autopac, car rental out of the way still don't have clue lost In a maze of options. Somehow found dealer review, read Easterns , of my 16 previous vehicles none were a Chrysler product. Looked up there website prices and vehicles good selection . So I phoned started with reception friendly helped me stumble through basics. Switched me to PHU LY, a mouth full right. Was delighted with his response and made me fell at ease right away answered all my questions knowledgeable. Made an appointment , here we go. Phoned the next day to ask him a question was told it was his day off, stunned said I had an appointment with him later that day. Receptionist said no problem connected me with him on his cell confirmed we had an appointment . I said I was confused he said I asked for a Wednesday meeting and I changed it to Thursday so he could have his family day. Already stunned and impressed , we meet up on Thursday all fear disappeared in a matter of minutes 2 test drives found the vehicle to make things short. Now the dreaded loan officer blew thru that in a matter of minutes didn't even break a sweat. Met the manager cool and easy . Went picked up my wife, back to dealership all done. Signed,sealed delivered. Wow ! Simple , painless and professional. PHU made me totally at ease very professional and personable like him a lot . Whenever I step into a dealership, an immediate downturn would be marketing me stuff that I don’t really want. I have been through a lot, and had my share of bad experiences. But this wasn’t the case with Eastern. After research and constant visits, I was able to make the deal with Eastern Chrysler. This dealership made me feel comfortable in my decisions and gave me expert advice too. I was able to speak to Rodney, who I had no trouble communicating with. He gives me expert advice and I don’t feel reserved to express my comments about it. My Cherokee took 4 months to build, and in those times, Rodney has effectively maintained excellent customer service. Even after I picked up my car, the after service was awesome. After researching models and whole sale pricing on line, I narrowed my purchase to a four door, manual 4 wheel drive - either a 4 wheel drive truck or Jeep. I then started speaking with friends and colleagues who recommended not purchasing from a local dealership. I decided to try them anyway for first hand experience and my friends were all correct. I was told basically "take it or leave it"...and one dealership didn't even have the courtesy to call me back for a formal quote. It was then I found Eastern Chrysler and started talking with Rodney. Right from the start he was courteous, responsive and down to earth. We emailed and called back and forth over the next few weeks working out a deal and solution that met both our needs and requirements. I ended up trading in my car and purchasing a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited at a price both Rodney and I were happy with. Rodney arranged to have my Jeep delivered to my door and picked up my trade in. This made the whole transition very smooth and stress free. Greg Rosin was the finance manager that took care of our financing. He was polite and very down to earth. I felt very comfortable dotting the 'i's' and crossing the 't's'. He broke everything down and made it very comfortable when signing for such a large purchase. All in all a great experience. We knew we wanted a Caravan because we have two small kids and were out growing my Civic. I made an appointment to come see Brad the following week to look at vehicles, but made it clear I wanted the payments similar to what I was paying for my Civic or I wasn’t interested. When we arrived the following week we were greeted by Brad. He was a very friendly and genuine good person to deal with. We didn’t get any cheesy sale tactics for ‘’tricks’’. He was very patient with us and our two small children; he started off by asking what we wanted in a vehicle and then quickly found one that suited our needs. While we were working on finding the perfect vehicle for us he was having the manager look over numbers to find a payment plan that worked for us as well. In the end they were able to come up with 3 payment options for us. We chose the one that suited us best and the rest was easy. This wasn’t my first time buying a brand new vehicle but the experience was totally different from any other. They didn’t waste our time, it was quick and the customer service we received from everyone in the showroom was great. We came back the following day to pick up the vehicle which was clean and ready for us. We dealt with finance manager Greg who was so efficient and friendly he made the whole process that much smoother. Everyone remembered our names and came to greet us again when we returned the following day. The whole experience with this dealership was so great I don’t think we would ever go anywhere else. There is no comparison to the last time I purchased a brand new vehicle; we would always choose to come back here. I highly recommend Eastern Chrysler, Brad and everyone else who made this experience painless. More
