Disgusting Customer Service & lied in their contract! BEWARE!! 1) The sales person Tony and financing lady Shannon are liars and will say anything to get you to buy a vehicle. They took advantage of a BEWARE!! 1) The sales person Tony and financing lady Shannon are liars and will say anything to get you to buy a vehicle. They took advantage of a single mother in desperate need of a RELIABLE car. The only request I had when I came in to purchase my vehicle was that I needed warranty so I could get free servicing. I PAY EXTRA monthly so I can receive free servicing on ALL issues except brake pads. I found out last week when I had an issue with my vehicle that their servicing centre DOES NOT service Kias. I have still been paying monthly for this extra "Warranty" that apparently does nothing. *** IF YOU BOUGHT ANYTHING THAT IS NOT GM OR CHEVY THAN YOUR WARRANTY WILL NOT WORK*** 2) APPALLING SERVICE. When I went to my appointment to get my brake light fixed and winter tires put on they lady in the service centre told me that their tire machine broke and that she forgot to call me. She also let me know that they actually don't service Kias and she didn't understand why EAGLE RIDGE keeps telling their customers this! I went over to Eagle Ridge and received no help. The manager was too busy. It took 3 calls to finally get a manager on the phone 6 hours later!! They said I would have to speak with Shannon. When Shannon replied to my email she said I would have to speak with someone else. I have left voicemails, went into the dealership again and left emails and no one has cared to speak with me. Because of their mistake I missed 2 days of work trying to find somewhere that could fit me in for tires last minute as I was driving up to Penticton to see my son that weekend. I lost 2 days of wages and I PAID to get my brake light fixed when it was supposed to be under warranty. Again, no offer for a loaner car, no offer for reimbursement... NOTHING! It is Tuesday evening now and has been 5 days since this problem and I have only heard from managers telling me to speak with someone else or that they will "get back to me". It's funny because before I purchased the vehicle and within the first month I couldn't get them to stop asking me how the car was and if there was anything else they could do. Now that its been over 1 month (not much over) it's like my purchase means nothing to them. I will be letting as many people I know about my experience and am currently speaking with a lawyer. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of a single mother. Disgusting! More
