Oil change and recall fixed I had my oil changed and a recall fixed on my van door. They quoted me a timeline of approximately 1 1/2 hours. They had very comfortable seating for waiting, wifi, a good variety of magazines to read and a nice little area to make yourself a coffee. They even have decaf coffee! Always looking out! I was in to receive a cheque for a replaced engine that had piston slap! This occoured km after my warranty had expired. Long story short Oswane Bailey always kept his ears out for any kind of help that he could give me to help with this problem. Well the last day I walked into Durham KIA I left with a cheque to cover my engine replacement. I also went to speak to the Sales Manager that I had bought my other KIA vehicle from.
