I had made a call to wait a few months before making my decision as I was still financing the vehicle I was driving. I returned to the dealership after about 2 months and Riley remembered what I was looking for and we went over some of the new 2019 options and I decided to go for the Soul EX as it was a very fair price for the options that were available and it exceeded my expectations within it's price range. Riley made every effort to help me in obtaining the new Soul EX; from taking over the remaining amount of financing on my car, walking me around the lot to choose the colour instead of just looking at swatches and allowing me to take as much time as I needed to make decisions without feeling pressured. I am very pleased with the decision I've made and the new EX has received many compliments from friends and family. I've also been impressed with the spacious interior and how much easier it is for me to load and unload musical equipment through the hatch.
