Between new car purchases, trading in my old vehicle (Dave in used car sales), the service staff as well as the staff re:financing (Beth) and previous dealings with Colleen in the leasing division as well as the owner Jim and his son Justin and the whole ambiance of the dealership...in my opinion, it all starts with the owner...keep doing what you are doing as I will be a long term customer!!!
