I think Toronto Chrysler could have done better on my trade but at the end of the day, with the lower sales tax in Ontario and not having to deal with someone out of province made this work for me. Attempted Scam for work that was not requied I was in for an oil change on August 22nd 2014 and was told that my front and rear rotors were worn to the point where the mechanics could not inspect I was in for an oil change on August 22nd 2014 and was told that my front and rear rotors were worn to the point where the mechanics could not inspect my brake pads. I am extremely upset at this as I have taken my car into my mechanic and was told my rotors are perfectly fine, my pads are fine, in fact there is absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes that require immediate attention. Not only am I upset with the fact that I was told a lie in what I can only assume was attempt to gauge me of my hard earned money but I have also now had the pain and expense of renting a car for the week in order to bring my car to my mechanic (who is not in the GTA) in order to have an honest assessment done. I only have street parking where I live and have a had to take a day off of work in order to get to city hall during their operating hours to obtain a parking permit for my rental vehicle. All of this proving to be an unnecessary waste of my time and money. I can only wonder if my boyfriend had taken my car in on my behalf if he would have been told this same story about my rotors. I will not be returning to this dealership for any work in the future and would not recommend to anyone. More

After a thorough review of what exactly I would be requiring my vehicle for and all the different NEW options available on a more affordable smaller size fuel efficient vehicle I ended up purchasing a different model than what the promotional offer included however ended up receiving almost exactly the same discounts as i would have even after purchasing a much cheaper model. I am super happy with my purchase and am very pleased with the attention this vehicle gets along with its overall fuel efficiency and performance. This was also my first 'brand new' vehicle I have ever purchased. I spent well over 50k and was incredibly nervous. Chris gave me a sense of security and resourcefulness which ultimately allowed my nerves and wife to relax.
