When I showed up late to the dealership my sales staff member (Jacob Kepecs) already had cars brought into the show room/garage ready to show me (as it was raining that day) I instantly feel in love! Great deal on my Jeep I was looking for a new car for several months. I test drove many cars including the following: Mazda CX3, GM Trax, Nissan Juke, Ford Escape and a num I was looking for a new car for several months. I test drove many cars including the following: Mazda CX3, GM Trax, Nissan Juke, Ford Escape and a number of others. All of the cars I drove were nice cars but I wanted something more than just nice. After hours and hours of research online I finally narrowed my choices down to either the Jeep Wrangler or Jeep Renegade. So I visited Downsview Chrysler and sat down with one of their knowledgeable sales people Sayed Sadat. Sayed helped show me the differences between the Renegade and the Wrangler. Both are good vehicles but when it comes to off road driving the Wrangler is best in its class. Sayed also pointed out how the Wrangler holds its value over time and that not many vehicles in its class have as good a resale value. So after test driving both the Renegade and the Wrangler I went for the Wrangler. I am a happy customer and I would recommend Downsview Chrysler to anyone interested in buying a Jeep. More

Not only did Domenic pay close attention to exactly what I was looking for, he was completely up-front and honest about the availability of the vehicle. It appeared as though we were going to be able to source the '15, and when it was not available, he was sure to communicate promptly, clearly and directly about it (not my experience at other places). Furthermore he went to bat for me and got a 2016 with all the features I wanted for the well-discounted price of the 2015. Great job Domenic, I will return when I want a new one More
