Don't get your car serviced here. I bought my vehicle at this dealership about two and a half years ago. Since then, I have been bringing my car in for oil changes and winter/summer t I bought my vehicle at this dealership about two and a half years ago. Since then, I have been bringing my car in for oil changes and winter/summer tire swapping. Each and every time I make an appointment, I arrive 10 - 15 minutes early. Each and every time they are overbooked and I end up waiting in line a minimum of 25 - 30 minutes to see the service staff member. In the beginning, I made appointments when it was convenient for me, late morning or early afternoons. The wait was always a xxxxxxxx amount of time. I have yet to wait less than 2 hours for an oil change ever. So I thought that if I came in as early as possible, I might be able to leave early. I made an appointment for 7:30 am for an oil change and summer-to-winter tire swap. I get there at 7:25, the car bays are already full and I'm parked outside waiting in line. Even with an appointment, it's first come, first serve. I wait 30 minutes before I'm speaking to a service member. We talk and I ask how long would it take. He says he has no idea. I throw out 2, 3, 4 hours? He says, "Could be." So, I'm thinking worst case scenario, that my day is shot. Thankfully they have a shuttle minivan that takes me back to my apartment. At almost 12:00 noon, I get a call from the service department and that my car is ready for pickup. So, that's almost 4 hours and 30 mins. For an oil change and tire swap. The absurdity of it all. More

Enjoyable experience buying my Cinquecento and Jeep Cherokee Ben Kepecs - Sales Manager is extremely professional , knowledgable and personable. In 2013 I walked in to Downsview Chrysler to look at the Fiat Ben Kepecs - Sales Manager is extremely professional , knowledgable and personable. In 2013 I walked in to Downsview Chrysler to look at the Fiat 500 as a 2nd vehicle for some fun driving. I thought the base Cinquecento was probably what I could afford - when I saw a more upgraded model on the showroom floor - I was in awe!... Mr Kepecs made it happen - I left Downsview Chrysler that day as a happy new Fiat owner. Now, today, less that 2 years since purchasing my Fiat 500 I left Downsview Chrysler with a brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee which will be replacing my 1994 Jeep Cherokee that I have owned since new. Ben Kepecs once again was - professional, knowledgable and personable - he made sure that my experience in purchasing my new vehicle was a happy occasion. I still have that beautiful Fiat 500 which gets parked every winter - my summer fun car!! :) Thank You Ben for making this all happen!! More

My partner and I went to the dealership that evening and left with a new car and an amazing deal. Jacob was polite and knowledgeable, he was not pushy but he also recognized our concerns and was able to explain solutions in a respectful manner. It's 2015 and unfortunately it is still necessary to point out when salespeople direct their questions and responses to the female when she is obviously the purchaser. Jacob was definitely on top of that. More

Eli Tamam was the salesman with whom I dealt and he made my car-buying experience easy. He was knowledgeable, straight forward (no nonsense) and treated me like family.I was given a great price with no haggling and good value for my trade. There was a relaxed atmosphere, not just between Eli and myself, but with the staff throughout the dealership. It was like one big happy family. Masoud Asghari handled all the financing paperwork in a most pleasant and efficient manner. It was a truly wonderful, easy experience. I HIGHLY recommend Downsview Chrysler and especially Eli and Masoud. You will not be sorry. More
