We arrived early on a Saturday morning travelling from Oshawa to be told that they weren't open until 9am but luck would have it a salesman by the name of Domenic was there early so we had the pleasure of dealing with him, and a pleasure it was. He was genuine and sincere and took the time to answer all of my husband's questions. He wasn't pushy with us and spent 4 hours working out a deal with us to get us exactly what we wanted. He possesses excellent customer service skills and is a very likeable guy unlike other salesmen we have dealt with in the past. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, more importantly I would recommend Domenic Bertucci. More

Then we were referred to Downsview Chrysler. It was quite out of our way but figured we would give it a shot. We are so glad we did. Mike the sales rep, found exactly what we were looking for. Then we met with the F&I department, Robin. Well, I cannot tell you how amazing he was. He didn't push for all the extras, and treated us like gold. Thank you for the great customer service, we truly felt you genuinely cared about what we wanted and pushed through to ensure we got it. That being said, we will actually take our vehicle to Downsview for our service needs as well. They exceeded our expectations in sales, I can assume with that type of care we will also receive great service from their service department. Low pressure high risk My wife called me and said the light for tires pressure was on in our new van! I said it's likely no big deal but for piece of mind I'll call service My wife called me and said the light for tires pressure was on in our new van! I said it's likely no big deal but for piece of mind I'll call service and maybe they can squeeze you in. I called spoke to sam Bruno is service, he said send your wife right over. She went over and sir enough there was a staple in the tire and it was losing air rapidly. My wife was embarking on a 4 hour drive with 3 kids in the van down to Windsor Ontario later that day! Thank god Sam was able to identify the issue and care for it as he did. Furthermore Sam noticed my wife didn't have her blue tooth device set up for hands free and he took the time to assist her with getting that up and running. From a little bit of air missing in a tire a year disaster of having my wife and kids trapped on the side of the highway was avoided with Sam 's great work. Dominic verticillium the sales man who sold us the car apparently came out to visit my wife and kids in the waiting area to see if they needed anything.Thank you!!!signed mike kathryn and the kids!
