Quick, easy, fun! Downsview Chrysler was the second dealership we visited when looking for a new fiat 500. Our first experience with Islington Chrysler was lackluster, Downsview Chrysler was the second dealership we visited when looking for a new fiat 500. Our first experience with Islington Chrysler was lackluster, to put it kindly. We spent almost 2 hours there, only having test driven one car - they were unable to start the first one and flooded the engine on the car we ended up test driving. The sales representative we dealt with was new, but left alone to flounder when asked basic questions about the car, features and pricing. When we arrived at Downsview Chrysler we were greeted warmly by sales representative Sayed. From a brief conversation he seemed to know exactly what we were looking for and walked us over to what I immediately knew was exactly the car we had been looking for. Quite frankly, my dream car. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire interaction. From start to finish he was personable, the guy was on fire. The model he showed us was a 2015 Special Edition Fiat 500c Lounge (what is now the 1957 edition - save for the convertible). The car he showed us was 1 of 3 they had on hand, and to my knowledge the only 3 in the province. Within 30 minutes we were all buckled in and ready to take it for a drive. The test drive was almost like a tour of the vehicle itself. Sayed spent the trip rhyming off all of the features of this specific model and the differences therein - all while directing me where to go. When it came to negotiations, he was polite and transparent which, as a first time car buyer, made me feel confident and informed. He and Ben really worked with us on not only the final price but the financing options. He saved us almost $2000 in addition to the rebates we were initially offered, got us 0% financing at a crazy low rate bi weekly and even threw in branded rubber floor mats and some swag. Leslie took us through financing options and got us licensed and approved literally overnight. We were able to pick it up the following afternoon. She was informative, but not pushy, when talking about extended warranty and protection options and never made us feel like she was giving us a sales pitch. When we picked up the car today, Sayed took me through how to use all of the functions in the car from seats and mirrors to Bluetooth and even paired my phone for me! From start to finish, the experience was a pleasure. I cannot recommend Sayed and Downsview Chrysler enough. Simply put, they killed it. Thank you Sayed and Downsview, for making what I thought would be a stressful and challenging experience so easy. More

At last a nice experience! Years ago, when I bought my first Dodge RAM 1500 I had a horrible experience with another dealership. It was time to exchange my truck and I came to this website for some research. I looked for the best sales person in my closest dealership and I found Domenic. He was polite, kind, open minded about my special needs (I am a gardener with towing and snow plowing needs). Soon, with John Guppy's help he found the right truck, they answered my questions and doubt near the open truck. One thing left, the price negotiation. Domenic even kept his calm when we were over about one hour price match and at the end ( I hope, for both of us a success) I got and excellent price. So I got my new 2500 HD truck, as I needed. and got an excellent price for my old truck too. A very nice, pretty lady, Leslie quickly helped me in the financing and two days later I just got my new truck.
